The "consider taking a break" alert is way too sensitive and there is no way to turn it off. It's distracting while driving with lights and chimes for no apparent reason. If there were a way to shut it off there would be no issue.

In Elantra N, the plastic piece (splash guard) under the engine is prone to coming loose and/or coming off while driving. This has happened to me and many many others. Its poorly manufactured, and fasteners (push pins) are really cheap. Part # should be 29110-IB000 The warranty doesn't cover this...
